Celebration. Committee members and volunteers are
not compensated for their work.

CANCELLATIONS
|
If bad weather forces us to
cancel the fireworks, we still have to pay for the
unused fireworks, the pyrotechnician, the permit
fees, and all the other non-refundable expenses, so
please consider this the following year when we ask
you to buy raffle tickets or make a donation.
Likewise, if the parade is cancelled, the money
spent on programs, judges, mailings, signs,
permits, stationery, etc. is money we cannot
recover. We don't cancel either one unless we
have no other choice.
